Return Policy

 If the Bed has not been opened from its vacuum seal, customers are eligible for a return or exchange of size. This request must be made within 14 days of the purchase date. It’s emphasized that the Bed must remain unopened for a return or refund, while covers and linings must be unused to be eligible. To initiate the return process, customers are encouraged to contact the customer service team through live chat or email.

Upon receiving the returned item in unused condition, a confirmation email will be sent to the customer. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment. It’s mentioned that customers should allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect on their statement.

In the case of an item with a manufacturing defect, customers are advised to reach out to the team with photos of the defect for further assistance.

Furthermore, you highlight that the Bed cannot be returned if the vacuum seal has been opened due to hygiene reasons and the inability to re-package it once expanded. If customers have doubts about the size and have received the delivery, they are advised not to open the Bed and to contact the team to arrange a return as long as the bed remains vacuum sealed.

Warranty

It’s clarified that the warranty applies to defects resulting from faulty workmanship or materials. In the event that a customer receives an item with a defect, they are encouraged to reach out to the Bed team via live chat or email at contact@stylewerks.org. The team will be happy to provide a replacement or issue a refund.

However, the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear that may occur as a result of washing and intended use. It also does not cover damages caused by rough dog use, including bites, rips, burns, tears, excessive scratching, stains, and liquid/moisture damage unless the waterproof lining kit was used. Furthermore, damages resulting from commercial use, such as in a hotel or store, are not covered by the warranty.
